All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Xeler8ph is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and notify us at info@x8alkalinewater.co.za with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
