Return & Refund Policy
Food Product Notice
Our products include alkaline water, tonics, and boosters, all of which are classified as food and beverage products. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds once these items have been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
If an order is successfully canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours to the original payment method.

Skincare & Oral Hygiene Products
Skincare and oral hygiene products may be returned and refunded only after inspection, provided that:

The original safety seal is intact

The product is in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@x8alkalinewater.co.za so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved (where eligible), a refund will be processed, and a new order may be placed separately.
Return Period for Skincare & Oral Hygiene Products
The 14-day return period from the date of receipt does not apply to food and beverage products, including alkaline water, tonics, and boosters.
Skincare and oral hygiene products may be returned within 14 days of receipt only if:

The return is approved after inspection
Food and beverage items are non-returnable once shipped.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
